In particular, the secretariat is:

- the intermediary between the participants to the competition and the examining committee;
- the coordinator of the competition in all its phases;
- the assistance centre for the committee in the pre-evaluation phase of the competing works.

The secretariat is at disposal of anyone wishing more information or material on the Musa Prize.

At the moment the secretariat is preparing the next year competition and the new call for works.
